Friday, November 28, 2008 aussie has changed me quite abit. one significantly thing is that i eat sushi now. if u didn't know before, i HATE sushi. becos of the smell. i just feel like puking everytime i smell that sushi smell. but then, when u have no food at home and sushi is one of the cheapest food around on campus. u tend to succumb to it. anyway, the sushi here dun stink as bad as the ones in sg. in fact, the shops dun have the sushi smell at all! and as u proceed to the different suburbs, u find more interesting sushi! i particularly like the sushi in the city. the cheapest so far. pricing at 1.90 each compared to 2.30 each on campus. and it has interesting variety! i ate tempura prawn and tofu today. but one day, i will try the satay chicken sushi. and the americanised sushi which consist sausage and cheese. hopefully, the sausage wont stink that bad. who knows. maybe my hatred towards sushi will only remain in singapore. |
