Friday, October 17, 2008 i finally went grocery shopping! and bought alot of fruits! i realise that real blueberries taste nothing like the blueberry taste that i know of. raspberries are similar to the norm that i know, but eating the actual fruit.. it's simply interesting :]  don't they just look yummy?!  i'm all set for the next two weeks. (finals preparation weeks)  large medium small. :] and i voted for my student union today! they really had the polling station like in the U.S and what not. it's quite cool actually. tho i think they waste alot of envelopes. cos we had to seal our votes in a smaller envelope, then seal the small envelope in another bigger envelope. but anyway, couldn't take much picture cos my phone camera can't be silenced.  my envelope!! i have yet to show u evidence that spring is here right? there's this particular type of tree that blooms purple flowers in spring. the flowers wither very fast too. but it's really nice to see a bunch of lovely purple in a mist of greens. furthermore, this flower has a legend in UQ. if it falls on ur head, ure doomed to fail ur examinations.  look at the cloudless sky!  isn't it pretty?  i took this while walking across the road.  taken outside my college. but it's going barren.  taken outside the biological sciences lib :] i finally saw someone really decent today. he has that certain charisma. sadly.. i have no idea who he is and most probably will never know who he is.. but it really made my day. i miss him. and for the first time, someone finally noticed the colour of my eyes.. it made my week. thanks lakshana! :] |
