Friday, June 13, 2008 i failed again. this time, it was worse. it was an immediate failure. i accidentally mounted the kerb in crank course. i couldn't really bother to drive after that and got a total of 18 demerit points. everyone is asking if the examiner gave me a second chance. to tell the truth, i dint think of that at that instant. i just couldn't believe i failed just like that. go ahead and laugh at me. ashley is a pathetic failure. she cant even pass during her second test. maybe i'm just meant to be driven around, but that's just a facade to cover up my failure. i dun think i'll have another chance which makes this failure even worse. my time is running out. thinking that i have just wasted 2plus thousand just to fail is seriously depressing. i knew i had it too easy with regards to my aust uni stuff, now, this is the hard part of life i guess. i really feel like crying. both yesterday and today, i partied till late, trying to perhaps forget this pain of failure. but it didn't work. nevertheless, i had fun during zr's birthday bash. time with them is really precious now. maybe we should have began our highness earlier. haha :] i shall upload photos in a few days' time. today, i went to bang bang tang's autograph session with germx. it was an eye opener for me. i seriously dunno why teenagers spend so much time and money to just see their idol up close and perhaps just shake their hands. i mean, if u really have extra cash and loads of time to spare, sure. this could be like a "hobby" in a sense. but i saw so many secondary school students who came at 8 plus am when the session is said to start at 3pm. i know it's the sch hols now, but they were rambling on about facts and info which couldn't have possibly been found only during the holidays. oh, the thing i really couldn't stand for that they were actually screaming at the music video. i think i am half deaf now actually. imagine surrounded by a group of teenagers screaming so fricking loudly into ur ear. it seriously hurt. even the super powers(aka, clara, kt, michelle w, etc) couldn't do that damage to u. and then, when the autograph session started, everyone just kept pushing and pushing. like, pls have some cow sense. this is a closed door event, everyone will get their stuff autographed. does it really matter if u went before or after me? and it's like when the stars are autographing ur stuff, they kept saying "thank you for supporting" blah blah blah. are they actually sincere? and of course, cos the security wants to make sure u dun harrass the stars, they keep ordering u to go all the way to the side to wait for ur stuff. if all these people took SO MUCH bloody effort to see their idol upclose for that few mins, why cant the security ppl just let the queue flow naturally? talk about being square. and of course, the standard thing after shaking hands with their idol. they all dun want to wash their hands anymore. yuck!. i actually took one whole day leave for this.. but it doesn't really matter cos this has been an eye opener for me and just reconfirm once again that i'm not one who will actually go thru such extent to see my idol. but as long as germx is happy and very satisfied and to quote her "can die with no regrets" today, i'm happy too. :] i finally watched sex and the city today. it's a great show. the first wedding scene was the highlight for me. there was so much emotions packed in there. and it was then that i've decided to make sure that all my close friends stay with me. what amazes me in this show is how the girls walk around in heels THAT high. they are seriously masters. and i think they actually cut alot of the sex scenes so that it would be a m18 show. the cutting out of those scenes were done horribly. you not only see the sudden jump in the scene but also the music. sighhs.. |
