Tuesday, January 01, 2008 i'm finally back at this unearthly hour from Xenbar. oh boy, am i tired. but finally, i had a taste of my sister's night life. its nothing compared to mine. Xenbar is at some part of china town. it is quite a small club but with a decent dance floor and rather comfy area to rest at. however, sitting around the dance floor is rather disturbing as many people will come up to you and ask you to dance. it is afterall, a salsa club. and when u reply "sorry, but i dunno how to dance!" some offered to teach you. and that's when i learnt the basic of salsa from an ang moh. :] u really must trust the guys in order to salsa well, cos even when i dint know any salsa, he led me to a very nice turn in the middle of the dance. i'm quite impressed. but this outing seriously turned boring for me as i have no intentions to learn the complicated steps of the different dance. so my neighbor and i ended up sitting there and chattin the whole night, occasionally watching the dance floor to see if any guy is dancing with other guy. and of course, those ji go pek looking guys dancing with young sexy women always caught my attention. the way they dance, their lower bodies intersected with each other, pls dun imagine it wrongly, its at the thighs area. but i have to admire how much the female dancer trust the guy dancer cos they were dancing as one. aside from all these, on the way out to supper, or very early breakfast, i met with many drunks, stranded ppl, people who weren't straight, perverts and many hungry people. thank god my dad came to pick us up, otherwise, i would be hanging with all those people till dawn. oh eww.. my night life is so much better! it usually starts around 11 plus. i would be happily bathed, nice smelling and most importantly, very comfortable on my bed. with my laptop right beside me, i'm ready to begin my night life where i would surf youtube, crunchyroll or tudou to watch the taiwanese varieties or drama serials. it always ends with me cracking up in laughters and tearing much from the yawns. in addition, i could always end my night life whenever i wanted. the best thing is, i'm at home! that means i need not use public toilets and i'm beside my pillows anytime!. but there is a downside to my nightlife. it took a while for my dad to get used to it, so when he was against it, i had to do everything in the dark, that's when my eye degrees got worse. serves me right man. now, even tho the light is on, but the distance from the laptop to my eyes still worsen the problem. BUT! at least i need not bath at such hours like 5 am! i would take on my night life anytime rather than going out to clubs. my night life can always alter into any conditions, as long as it occurs in my house. but at least i tried it in 2007. and at the age of 18. i have so many more things to accomplish in my 18th year. now that its 2008, one of my new yr's resolution is to stop having a night life cos its really damagin to my body and my eyes. alrighty! i shall sign off and go to my lala land to meet the guy that i saw in my dreams last night. and later on in the day, i shall make a complete list of my resolutions and perhaps, post up some pictures if my internet permits me too. till then! toodles! |
