Monday, October 13, 2008 i'm getting so depressed! or maybe i should just call it sad. but i'm way more than sad. it's in between sad and depressed so.. sapressed. why am i sapressed? I CAN'T FALL ASLEEP! or rather it takes me VERY long to fall asleep! it took me a record timing for FOUR hours just to fall asleep yesterday. maybe it's cos i sleep too much here? i'm like getting my 8 hours of sleep almost everyday (except fridays) and so, i can't fall asleep! which is so sad! i really want to get into the habit of sleeping early and waking up early. but yet, my stupid body only allows me to fall asleep after 2. i miss being able to fall asleep immediately. maybe i should tire myself out more and like force myself to slp onli 5 to 6 hours per day. but who in the right mind would do that? at least not me. boohoo. |
