Saturday, April 05, 2008 it has been a long time since i saw a sky like that.  FINALLY managed to close my accounts by yesterday! grinne :] well, that is of course with the help of much ot :] rara and i ot till 12am on ot as it's a very normal thing for us to work till so late but everyone made such a big deal out of it. anyways, we would have continued on if not for a stupid moth that was flying around in my cubicle!! it was actually flying towards me at one point, but i bat it away. grinne :]  my messy table. i dint even spare the bottom of the desk!  rara, hard at work. okay, it's very obvious it's a posed picture, but just the smile was posed. the rest of her body are really at work. some random stuff at work. 1. clara is at war with one of the colleague. the colleague will stack boxes towards clara's side and clara stacks files towards the colleague's side. they just dun want to see each other.  this is the view from the table beside that colleague's desk. 2. i finally realise the significance of qualifications. as A levels holders, we are actually getting a higher pay than some(well, i know one for sure) of the permanent staff there. but as the staff holds no qualification, the lower pay is justified. but obviously there's some unhappiness in the air. but this is singapore. where it's a dog eat dog world. as long as u have that cert, u will get that pay too. but my heart goes to her. she has a family and a kid to raise. sighhs. but what can i do? 3. have u tried being in an office where one side is trying to be thrifty whereas the other side dun give any business to the things they was wasting? enough of all these office stuff. i got an offer from MONASH UNI!! and it's that ultimate course that i wanted!!!! DOUBLE DEGREE IN BANKING & FINANCE/ACCOUNTING. oh man!!! this is SO COOL!. ULTIMATE COOLNESS!! ;] i was so happy until rara suddenly brought me back to the real world by saying "ur dad will allow meh?" sighs.. anyways, i had SUCH a fabulous dream bout him that day!! to tell the truth, i'm rather surprise that i dreamt of him. it's been a long time coming.. grinne :] i shall be off to read my shopaholics! :] my eyelids keep twitching!!! |
