Monday, December 31, 2007 it's the last day of 2007!! this is actually not a very good year for me! not only i did not have the courage to do many thing, it made me realise many things. some of which are that i should not waste any time on guys whom i will never end up together, some are that i have sacrificed alot in the name of studies. watching yesterday's tennis match made me wanna go back to tennis. i will make my resolutions tml. i want a proper closure to this yr. i wanna make sure 2008 will be much better for me! but for now, i'm heading down to Xenbar for a countdown party! happy new year!! Sunday, December 30, 2007 WOOTS! i got tickets to watch Maria Sharapova Live at Singapore Indoor Stadium tml! WOOHOO!! and i just found out that the tickets is actually the most expensive ones! it cost 280! WOOTS! hope i'll have much fun tml man :]:]  whoots! block A12! that's all the way front!  look at that score man. it was a very tight match. and they have been playing for 1 hr 33min. following that, ISETAN HAVING SALES! ahaha, the onli important thing is they have the ELLE wallet that i want! FINALLY FOUND IT! and further more, its on sales:] GRINNE :]:] finally met up with some council girls today. miss them so much~! its been a long while since we met! so many things has happened to many of us.. am very happy for amira:] well, we'll all meet again next friday! and council chalet from 25th to 27th jan.  the council girls at the big big christmas tree:]  pr confiscated all our phones and emma's notebook and pen so we could all concentrate and talk.  the final picture before we all part ways :] booohhooo.. Friday, December 28, 2007 WOAH! blogger is irritatin! i cant post up my pictures for now. anyway, i FINALLY went shopping for my stuff these two days. i think its been SUPER DUPER long since i shopped like this. i wouldn't have done it if not for the job. my most expensive buy is my boots. abit xin tong tho. it cost 80 over after discount. sighhs.. my mommy shouldn't have bought it so early.. but its very very pretty. now i'm afraid of spoiling it. -_-"' the irony of life. my money is totally flying away. i have spent nearly 300 in just two days. powerful sia. i need jobs! sending resume to coffeebean, starbucks and ben &jerry's is quite useless cos none replied. but i went down to bugis village's starbucks to apply anyway. they said they will call me in three days. today is day 2. i'm crossing my fingers that i will get the job man. alrights! shall go back to counting my money! Sunday, December 23, 2007 WOAH! yesterday was FUNFUNFUN!! BEST fun i have ever had during this hols man! grinne:] i had my class bbq yesterday at renee's house! their bbq pit damn cool can? it has gaS! grinne:] super convenient too. needless to say, our class gathering usually, most of the time, refers to two cliques. its funny how the guys are so shy when the parents are around but when the parents went away, its a total change. and i tried absolut vodka yesterday. its 40% alcohol, so its actually rather warm when in contact with anything. but its very smooth. renee treats her hamster very well! wardward stays in a SUPER BIG bungalow! and she's so small! what a good life. :] its a pity jer fell sick and angel couldnt make it. but its alright! i look forward to 5th JAN! sk leads a good life right now :] thank god he drove to the bbq:] cos if he didn't sent me home, i would most probably reach past midnight and get scolded. firstly, its damn cool that he can drive already. secondly, i love his car. it really reminds me of my old audi. oh well, i'm stuck with a small honda now, but i shall be motivated to work hard to get myself one of those big cars again. i shall post some pictures up man! for those more sensitive ones, get it from me directly!  renee labelled all our cups and i think its very nice.  i was actually just testing the cameras. but they posed away  us 6:] missing one girl tho.  i think they were actually striking the spice girl poses.  look at the bbq pit! cool right?  06s07 pic 1  06s07 pic 2  06s07 pic 3 Thursday, December 20, 2007 WHOOTS! been a busy four days for me!! :]:] let's see, on sunday, i had to pack up my entire room to make space for my friend to slpover. and i realise, my room is still full of junk! anyway, we baked cookies, brownies and muffins all the way past 12 midnight. all the while, we had to study for the stupid theory evaluation. anyway, our evaluation was way early in the morning at 8. anyway, this time round, i passed with 100%. and this time's evaluation is actually easier than sat's one. oh wells. so glad its over! after that, we're off to the chalet with like more than 10 big bags in the afternoon. sadly, it rained the entire afternoon. so we ended up watching dvds. ahhaha.. i was summoned by my sis to fetch her that night. MY SIS IS FINALLY BACK!~! GRINNE:] hahaha.. i went back to the chalet at 1am and that's when all the fun begun. GRINNe:] games all the way till 4am before we started getting knocked out. second day was all indoors once again. but i had super fun at the bbq!~ miss bbqs. :] and i found out long island tea is nice! very easy to get drunk tho, cos the alcoholic smell is barely there. and i think its 11%. but its reall nice:] i actually reached home at 11 plus in the morning today. so early right? anyway, my sis wanted to dye her hair, so i went with her! so now, i have streaks! i like my hairdresser. shall go back more often next time. its so much cheaper too. okay, i'm crapping now. so shall end my post soon. i miss the 26th. shall try to arrange for a mini gathering next sat! but i have no idea what shall we do.  bbq! so nice for roasting marshmallow :]  lcw:]  me and my sis :] (BEFORE)  my sis and i :] (AFTER) Sunday, December 16, 2007 EDITED WELL WELL WELL!! 3%~! there's how much i actually need to pass my evaluation!! craps, now i have to do my evaluation again. nvm, shall mug hard tml and try again on monday. anyway, i got another job offer today from VE group. its actually VERY ideal. but, i went to google the company and everything. there wasn't such a company. or rather, it isn't listed. so i googled MDIS building, since the interview will be there. it is then that i found out that in march, there's some ppl from that company who called up the poly students and offer them the job too. but in the forum, everyone warned that it isn't good blah blah blah. so i got scared. then i asked sk, he actually said i should go, but once he heard MDIS building, again, he warned me not to go. but as i continue to google the internet, i saw this person's blog. he said that that person offered him the job online a few days back. and it was exactly what the person told me. and that alot of ppl actually is being interviewed. THANK GOD i actually took some effort to go and google about this company. cos it turns out to be quite bad. if anyone need clarification, read this blog entry. it actually states almost exactly what the person told me. fantastic right? Tuesday, December 11, 2007 i read this off beard papa's brochure 1 piece : $2 box promotion 6 piece : $12 HAHAH!! what kind of promotion is that?! DUH! 6 pieces is obviously 12 bucks!!! and they dint put "s" too. oh wells. after reading that, michelle and i stood in front of the shop and kept laughing. i know!~ the promotion is that they actually give u a box. cos when u just buy one piece, they give it in a small plastic bag. oh, i'm talking bout mochi ice cream. i know its darn ex. but, just gotta try it once in a lifetime right? anyway, the helper in the store has nice eyes:] i still have not written my resume. and i think i shall decline the EmitAsia job. so now, i'm back to square one. sighhs.. Sunday, December 09, 2007 FINALLY, i've gotten my degree checked at a different optician. i emphasise "different". the optician that i have went to ALL my life simply REFUSES to give me my prescription when i said i lost it. but guess what, when i found it, it simply onli wrote my degree, and nothing else. what rubbish. i dint know i have 0 astigmatism and my eyeballs are on 0 axis. crazy. and i found out that my left eye's degree is 50 less than what they have written in the card. are they trying to worsen my eyesight? how am i suppose to pass my eyesight test for the PDL like this? STUPID IDIOTS! and finally, with this new optician that i went to, he actually explain to me a little bout the charts that we always have to read. there's usually a red and green portion. if the green portion is blurrer than the red portion, it means that the degree given in much less than what ur actual degree is. if the green portion is clearer than the red portion, it means that the degree give is higher than ur actual degree. so, must always make sure that both green and red sides are around the same :]well, at least i've learnt something today :] btw, i'm hooked on House M.D. Friday, December 07, 2007 MUAHAHAH!! i'm having slp over today! grinne! its been long since i last went to an arcade! grinne:] anyhow, i rented 12 movies to marathon! so far did four, 8 more to go! high school musical 2 material girls harry potter death note death note 2 hairspray stomp the yard spiderman 3 the prince and me 2 little manhattan 200 pounds beauty [boy appears behind man] man: jesus! u scared me! boy: jesus didn't scare u, i did! Thursday, December 06, 2007 finally decided to blog after a few days. grinne:] let's see, nothing interesting happened to me these few days. hahah :] was doing some admin work on my laptop. its like an antique. can crash anytime. pls dun ask me for any pictures now, cos its still in the process of being uploaded! i just realise i actually have so many task to do before my sister comes home! oh man. anyway, i'm one lucky soul! while others are trying to find job, a job "fell from heaven" for me. EmitAsia contacted me and asked me to work for them. grinne:] anyway, i was late for interview today!! cos i couldn't locate the place. its seriously not easy to locate. i overshoot the place and walked all the way to bugis and then back to lavender then i manage to locate it. i did all these in the heavy rain nonetheless. i was soaked when i reached. sighhs.. hope i dint leave a bad impression. anyway, i think this job should be quite interesting. i get to go back to jjc for the first few weeks to promote mag, then after that, sometimes work in offices, sometimes work in some other schools. well, this beats data entry. the boss ask me to find some friends too. so those who are interested can tell me. for guys entering ns in april, u can try too. anyway, i'm gonna submit the names by friday. so if ure interested, just drop me a msg, then i can tell u more. ooohhh, i have to write a resume. i wanna work at ben n jerry's still.  BIGBIG calculator!!!  so cute right! a nice ipod protector. tho its ex.  what a lucky bear! slp whole day onli. anyways, christmas is coming! its time to edit my wishlist. i shouldn't have walked past the i.p zone. the white jacket is so nice! sighhs.. i must resist the urge of buying! i need a new nice classy wallet. if anyone saw any, pls tell me where! last christmas, i gave u my heart. but the very next day, u gave it away. this yr, to save me from tears, i'll give it to someone special. my christmas wish is to be able to see u again :] Saturday, December 01, 2007 its been SUCH a long time since i last run around setting up games and just being a facilitator. so long esp since the last camp we did is very long ago AND cos i'm always in admin. anyway, really had fun! i like being the line judge for tug of war! cos i get to signal if they win! whoots!! cant wait for our own organising company to be set up! grinne:] today, i learnt the "Buddha clap" from sr. how lame but its damn funny. grinne!  the "blackteam"! hahaa.. that's what some kids called us. i've been a very very very very bad catholic. dun misunderstand, i believe in him. but for the past yr, i've nv even went to church before. i know some ppl will judge me based on this. but i do believe that u cannot underestimate the faith i have just becos i dun go to church. its not something that i wanted either, but i had a decision to make then cos i was really too busy. i want very much to join a youth group. i always see how sk enjoys his youth group. but onli two to three weeks i've joined a new and cool youth group, my father stopped me from going cos of studies. now, i dun even know if i should join back. i feel like i dunno much about my faith and i have not been to church for so long, how can i join a youth group? |
